What Causes Pain And Pressure In Chest And Shoulders Post Laparoscopic Tubal?

Two days ago I had a laparoscopic tubal. After I woke up I had body pains that I was told was just air in my body that needed to be passed. Since then, I ve been having chest pains that get worse when I take deep breaths or walk. And when I m walking it feels like there is fluid splashing around in my upper chest. It hurts all the way up to my shoulders and the bottom of my neck. Could this still just be air trapped in my body?
