What Causes Pain And Pressure In Pelvic Area During Pregnancy?
Hello,I am currently 8 weeks pregnant and i have a pain or pressure on one side of my pantie line. Ive read that it should be all a crossed my belly not just located on my left side. The pressure isn t painful until I m fully relaxed it feels more like a stabbing pain, but there is no blood or anything else with this pain.
Hi..Can understand your concern. As per your query about feeling of pressure and mild pain in pelvic area can be due to many physiological changes occuring in body in this gestational period. You may be feeling pressure of frequent urge to urination and also foetus is growing and will exert pressure..The position of foetus keeps changing in all directions but you are till now 8 week pregnant ,upto this foetus is too small to move and should not be worried.Take proper rest and avoid lifting heavy weights.Avoid prolong standing.Drink plenty of water.Have iron, calcium and folic acid supplements. If you have any major discomforts like pain or spotting ,vomiting you should immediately consult your gynaecologist for proper care and management.I hope the information helps you.Take care.
