What Causes Pain And Pressure In The Ear During Pregnancy?
Hi there I was wondering if you could possibly help me? I m 33 weeks pregnant and I vomited last night just once but now my right ear is really sore and I feel a lot of pressure it feels like I need to pop it but nothing happens and now everyone sounds like a robot? Do you have any ideas what could be wrong? Thank you
Ho The pain you describe in the ear may not be related to your pregnancy even though ear infection after vomiting is possible through invasion of the ear by digestive germs through the communication between the ear and the throat. Also,it may just be dirt/wax in the ear.I will suggest you get a cotton ball and clean but do not send it right down to the middle ear. If it continues, you see the Doctor to examine the ear.it may be an otitis media. Hope my answer will help you Best regards
