What Causes Pain And Pressure In The Ears?

I have ear pain (for one year now) and I have gone to two different ENT docs. No infection, CT scan clear, no abnormality in ear structure, no hearing loss, pressure in ear perfect. When pressing on forehead or other parts of head, pain dissipates. When bending over it hurts worse. Next step according to current ENT is to visit neuro doc or ortho doc. Looking for an opinion on which might be better.

Hi, I think you should consult a neurologist first. It can be due to some neurological problem. Get yourself evaluated properly.
