What Causes Pain And Pressure In The Lower Abdomen And Rectum?
Hi, my name is Zoe. I am 16 years old. I have been experiencing pain and pressure near my rectum and also on my lower stomach. Its sharp and sudden, but then sometimes dull and annoying. It is different to menstrual cramps. There is a sharp pain when I go to sit down occasionally near my rectum also. I feel nauseous too.

I think you should see a gastroenterologist to evaluate your rectal area.
Plus, you need to run an abdominal ultrasound to see what is causing to feel nauseous (gallbladder? inflammatory bowel problems?).
Should rule out appendicitis and possible ovulation issues.
