What Causes Pain And Pressure In The Lower Abdomen?
Over the past 2 weeks I have experienced a gradual increase in lower abdominal pain, fullness, pressure, and bloating. My lower abdominal area is sensitive to the touch and pressing down across the area is painful. I also have been having more difficulty emptying my bowels. There is definite visible swelling of my abdomen. I have generally lost some appetite and unable to eat much without making the symptoms worse. Any ideas?
Hello dear Greetings Regarding your experience with pressure and pain around the lower abdomen with associated fullness bloating and a visible mass felt I am suggesting strongly that you are gradually developing a an intestinal obstruction
In view of this please do the following test
Contrast abdominal x-ray Serum electrolytes Barium swallow and follow through
Moreover please visit a gastroenterologist specialist for further expect clinical evaluation as well as adequate drug prescription
If the medical treatment fail then you will benefit from surgical Invasive procedure
I hope this helps Regards
