What Causes Pain And Pressure In Vein After Taking Blood Test?

After having a blood test done in vein of right arm at elbow. I woke up the next day with a red line going from the blood draw point down arm into the armpit. after 5 days the pain in arm is better but vein in armpit is pushing out like i havent ever seen it do before. And it is painful to touch. what could this be?

HI THERE
SOME TIMES THE PUNCTURES CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE VEIN ITSELF OR SOME STRUCTURES AROUND WHICH ARE PAIN SENSITIVE LIKE MUSCLE OR TENDONS.

GIVE IT SOME TIME- IT WILL BE OK

- TRY HOT COMPRESS TWICE DAILY
- USE TOPICAL HEPARIN OINTMENTS (THROMBOPHOB)
