What Causes Pain And Pulsating Veins In The Head?
Good evening I have questions During the night when I sleep I wake up with pain and pulsating veins of my head. I have same days during the day time also. I m diabetic for 13 years tips 2 and use insulin. What is the reason and what can I do naturally?

Fluid goes to the lowest spot.
When lying down, blood can go to the veins and with standing it can't. Having a slight elevation of the head would change this.
