What Causes Pain And Redness On Penis Opening After Having Sex?

Inside of penis tip is hurting, but nothing on the outside. It looks red but no blood. It just burns a little, and wondering if it may be cut on inside. I was sexually active for the first time 2 weekends ago, and the girl was a little rough. So I m wondering if this has anything to do with it

I understand your concern.
What problem you are facing could be a skin and mucosal abrasions due to rough intercourse.
Kindly maintain good genital hygiene by washing the area with mild antiseptic solution like Savlon twice daily.
You need to apply Neosporin cream twice daily after drying.
Take Tablet. Ibuprofen after food to counter pain and inflammation.
Drink good quantity of water and keep yourself well hydrated.
Supplement Vitamin C tablets and consume Vitamin C rich foods like citrus fruits to aid quicker healing.
Abstain from sexual activities till the lesion heals completely.
