Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My wrist is very sensitive and sometimes it tends to hurt and it also sometimes feels like I m wearing s omething on my wrist I look and see I haven t worn anything I don t know if that s just the feeling of my blood circulating or anything else that s normal. It may have to do with my health and I am overweight by a few pounds also is their any tips on how to be healthy? I am a preteen so I m not allowed to do diets.
If you are overweight and obese you need to lose weight. You can follow a well-balanced diet and not a restriction calories diet.
Also, you may need to increase your physical activities in order to lose weight.
It is true that losing weight can improve wrist pain but also physical therapy and exercising can improve it. If you still don't feel improvement you can visit a rheumatologist.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka , General & Family Physician
