What Causes Pain And Skin Cracks On The Fingers?
I had a mild case of frostbite on my fingers as a child. Now as an adult every winter just a couple of my fingers are constantly sore, cracking and splitting open and no matter how much hand lotion I use, they still continue to crack open. This usually happens until warmer weather sets in..is the cracking and bleeding of my fingers associated with the frostbite?

As a first line management, you can apply low potency steroid creams like Betamethasone for symptomatic relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
