Not that there is anything wrong, but just curious to know… Is there any medical condition that causes your muscles to be sore and hurt even when you are not exercising or physically active at all. It is not pain in the joints just muscles soreness causing pain when walking or moving.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The muscle soreness can be related to many medical conditions. One on of the common conditions that cause muscle soreness is fibromyalgia. Several examinations should be done to confirm the diagnosis and take a specific treatment. Meanwhile, I suggest using a muscle relaxant such as Baclofen three times per day. I also suggest using magnesium supplements.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
