What Causes Pain And Soreness In Upper Incision After Gallbladder Removal?
had gallbladder removed 7 weeks ago. am fine for several days and then I will bend or twist a certain way and my right upper incisions (lapro) will hurt so badly and then i will be sore for days again..... just wondering if normal...will be call my doc in morning
presentation of post cholecystectomy pain. differential: surgical incision pain, fat intolerance or stone remnants in common bile duct.
ultrasound abdomen maybe done to rule out stones in common bile duct and to see the tissue underlying incision .
advice: - take pantoprazole 40mg once daily before breakfast (for the rest of your life) - also get a complete blood cell count(CBC) test - avoid OILY food and FAT diet altogether - avoid eating stomach full and mouth full - avoid spicy food
