What Causes Pain And Stiffness In Left Knee Joint?

Joint pain, r. knee - alongside (left side) of knee; sometimes down the leg a bit; stiff as heck in the morning. Not the knee cap. Swimming, walking seems to ward it off; sitting, sleeping not good...I m wondering re: osteoarthritis? Thanks for your help...(I am pretty active person for 72.)

The pain and stiffness in left knee joint at your age is mostly suggestive of osteoarthritis of knee for which you can take some pain killer like biozobid-plus or osteonac-th only when the pain is very worse enough to disturb ur routine work. Take some calcium supplements like shalcal or toscal-gem once daily along with some multivitamins. Do regular physiotherapy exercises also.
