Hello,

As the history directs towards the cervical spine nerve root entrapment. An MRI is suggested to be performed.

Using cervical collar, hot water fermentation, static neck exercises, shoulder stabilization exercise and upper limb exercises as a while will help reduce the symptoms.

Also, postural correction is a must to avoid changes in the normal anatomy of the cervical spine.

Using tennis elbow brace and performing the exercise to improve the strength in the flexor and extensor group of muscles of the forearm is advised.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
