What Causes Pain And Stiffness In The Lower Back?

YYYY@YYYY I am suffering from lower back pain go to inexperience in a car accident the experience that I had was being thrashed about in the back seat from side to side no Collision was involved this happened approximately 2 years ago at the time I experience pain and stiffness for approximately 2 months and then the condition subsided now for the past 6 months I have been experiencing a constant lower left back pain in my lumbar region and here recently it seems like it has spread to the other side not constantly but the other side continues to sustain its patterns I live in the Wilmington Delaware area and I don t need advice I need to consult with a reputable orthopedic lower back specialist and I have Medicare insurance would appreciate a prompt reply

We have to rule out possible causes like cervical spondylitis.

Consult an orthopedician and get evaluated, You have to get an MRI neck for further evaluation.
