Hello,

As Naxdom can be taken maximum up to 500mg per day it's better to keep medicines within the limits as prescribed by the physician.

For neck pain, use hot water fermentation, neck collar and try learning to strengthen the neck muscles as if ignored for now it will come back and give trouble unnecessarily.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
