I have fibromyalgia, hypothyroidism, which now has changed course to more hyerthyroidism, sjogren s, autoimmune hepatitis. Recently in the past couple months my legs and right foot has become painful, stiff, and red and warm to the tough up into half way up my calf of my right leg. They have ruled out other autoimmune illnesses. I ve had neuropathy for some time now in my extremities. I have several symptoms such as bladder control and bowel control problems, severe fatigue, horrid cramping in my diaphragm area, as well as muscle spasm in my left hand and forearm that makes my hand feel paralized. This happens infrequently and only lasts for a short time usually. I also get very painful cramping from my toes up my leg which take some time to get rid of usually by taking medicines to relax the muscle. I ve tried to find out what is going on. My doctors are puzzled. The redness does not go away. It hurts across the top of my right foot at the ankle bend as if there is a broken bone, plus the swelling, which now is happening in both feet and legs, but the redness is still pretty much just in the right foot and leg area. It is painful to the touch, but my leg and foot is hard, numb feeling, stiff, hard to the touch, and painful. It feels as though I m standing or walking on a wood stump.
