Hello,

Stability of the joint not proper or it may be difficult to callus formation and joint union.

Continue foreign body irritation at the joint plate may lead to inflammation and non-union.

Skin irritation around the joint may also cause this problem.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

So please consult your treating doctor he may exact cause of it.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
