I m suffering with pain and swelling in my both ankle joints since last seven years I m using Enbrel injection in fifteen days now doctor proposed. DULACT -30 ( Duloxetine) 30mg. Yes u must give full history. Do FBC, RA factor, uric acid level. X ray ankl joint. Use piroxicam gel (p-cam) nd tab. Voltral50mg twic daily fr 5 days aftr meal.continue duloxetin fr 2 weeks
