General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

When your blood doesn't circulate properly, fluid gets trapped in certain parts of your body, such as the legs, ankles, and feet.

There are many reasons maybe he has heart failure, kidney disease and diabetes has microvascular complications.

Make some analysis to evaluate the kidney function, blood test sugar, and a consult with Cardiologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
