What Causes Pain And Swelling In Ankle?

I have had a pain in my ankle area that runs from my ankle straight up my caf and has become worse over last week is a red swollen area around my ankle 2in by 2inch and now some yellow area starting to show can u help explain anything about what I have thank you

For pain and swelling in the ankle after an injury you can take some antibiotics like moxikind-cv or cefadroxyl after an expert opinion along with combiflam or ibugesic-plus for swelling and inflammation. Do hot water fomentation over same site to reduce the pain as well as inflammation.
