What Causes Pain And Swelling In Arm, Wrist And Elbow?

I fell and landed on my hand. Now my arm from my wrist to elbow hurts constantly , it swells and my hand will swell as well . It hurts to straighten my elbow or do any type of flexing . It also hurts to try to rotate my arm or wrist to cross my radius and ulna in either direction .

I really appreciate your concern, if this is accidental injury then it is most advisable and necessary to get done the x-ray to rule out the fracture till then better to keep the arm in sling, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
