What Causes Pain And Swelling In Leg Along With Blood In Cough?

I ve been having some swelling in my left leg (between 2cm and 3cm) with a dull ache, I ve woken with a sore chest and cough with very small amounts of blood. Doctors have just found a murmur in my heart and I m currently awaiting an appointment with a cardiologist in case it s related.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the murmur detected and have history of hemoptysis then condition need to be ruled out for valvular heart disease it is advisable to get done ECHO test hope this information helps.
