What Causes Pain And Swelling In Right Nipple?
Hi, I have pain in my right nipple which is also slightly larger and harder (maybe swollen?). It has been hurting for about a week. I am a 57 year old female with 2 grown children who I nursed when they were infants. Could it be a type of cancer?

Based on the history you have shared, it can be infective as well but still, the possibility of cancer even slightest should be ruled out. A gynecologist or surgeons review and work up with mammogram or ultrasound is a must.
Meanwhile, OTC analgesics like Acetaminophen can be used for pain.
