Hi,

I am sorry for the situation your husband is in.

You are reporting that he has got a divisional hernia repaired 2 years ago, and since then, has a severe swollen left testicle.

As he has started to vomit blood, I advise to discuss with his urologist again as most probably there might be an occlusion of blood vessels in left testicle.

An ultrasound examination of testicles is advised to evaluate the situation further.

For the moment, I advise to keep a good genital hygiene, apply cold compresses locally and take pain killers in case of pain.

Hope it was of help!
