What Causes Pain And Swelling In Testicles?

i'm theren from malaysia. i have a problem that pain near the testis. i wil get the pain sometimes only. if i touch the testis i can feel the pain..i also can feel it swollen abit wen i get the pain. at the same time the vas deferens also wil pain. what is cause of the pain.

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
Varicocle with Congestion Orchitis.
Cause of your pain in this scenario, is the congested Varicocele veins with venus reflux causing Congestion Orchitis.
This needs immediate care from Surgeon, who would do USG/ Doppler of the spermatic cord and would assess your pain of testicle and would treat by -Micro-Vascular Surgery for -Varicocele of the spermatic cord and vas.
