What Causes Pain And Swelling In The Breasts Along With Fatigue?
Hi, recently I have noticed my boob s have got bigger, one more than the other. I ve been aching everywhere constantly, always tired, I have some pain in the biggest boob I can t feel any lumps but I get pain in my armpit too! Should I just get pain killers and hope it goes or get seen by a doctor?

I think you should visit a doctor.
You are having possibly an infection. You should take anti-inflammatory drugs such advil or acetaminophen for pain and swelling.
