What Causes Pain And Swelling In The Feet?

I have pain on my foot it starts on the arch and goes around to the top of my foot, then it starts to swell up and makes it hard to walk. It doesn t hurt when I keep it up and I can touch it without pain. Thank you Sandra YYYY@YYYY

itcan be osteoarthritis or calcanium spur. take x-ray and consult orthopaedic surgeon for clinical examination and advise. inform if there is flat foot. in that case padding of shoe is to be given.
