What Causes Pain And Swelling In The Foot Upon Walking After A Surgery?

had left foot surgery in dec 2015. returned to work 3/2016 have had a really hard time walking. my left foot took out my right groin an right butt cheek. I sit a lot more lately cause it hurts to walk...an now I can barely lift my right leg...is sitting my problem? or something else.an my foot is still swollen with screws. bunion surgery ..the second toe...bone removed...an baby toe..bone removed.
