What Causes Pain And Swelling In The Knees?

Both my knees have been bothering me. have had fluild drained & cortisone shots in both since Jan. Then my calf on right leg started to swell & felt warm & tight some pain & tenderness with swelling going down to my ankle. had ultrasound ruled out blood clot. had MRI the Dr. said I had a large hematoma. I have been elevating using ice packs & rotate heat pad. its crazy it seem to get better & left muscle calf ached some with tenderness with swelling to my ankle. I feel this has something to do with muscles because a week ago on a Fri. I reached with left arm to do something and felt like a Charlie horse or pulled muscle in my bicep it hurt bad so I immediately put a ice pk on it because it was tighten up. Over the weekend there came a large bruise on the bicep. I m beginning to worry that something is going on with my muscles. looking forward to some advice. Thanks
