What Causes Pain And Swelling In The Left Knee?
left knee, if I slightly twist it swells, not a lot but it swell, along with pain. It could be a 10 when it first occurs then settles to a 7 for a couple days, it is difficult to walk, I makes me limp due to the pain. played volleyball in school, I am 53 still active not playing volleyball, but active.

I suggest you to take X-Ray left knee and consult a orthopedician
Mean while take T.Hifenac D BD(twice daily after food) for 3 days for pain management
