What Causes Pain And Swelling In The Testicles While Suffering From Inguinal Hernia?
My husband is on a liver transplant list and is suffering from an inguinal hernia that have is testicules swollen. Sitting and walking is painfull..is there some kind do support garment that would give support. Surgery at this time is not an option.

This is so called symptomatic inguinal hernia and in this stage it should be surgially treated before strangulation occurs. You should see general surgeon. Other causes include varicocele, epididymitis or hydrocele but hernia is most likely cause. This is a routine surgery which I recommend.
