What Causes Pain And Swelling In The Testicles?
god one of my testicles is swelling up and is kinda painful. i would go to the hospital but because im a meth user i was treated poorly. my friend said they had similar symptoms caused by ganaria . i have some penacilian i just took hopefully it will help something. what should i do?

I would suggest going directly to the Emergency room and having an examination from a surgeon or an urologist.
They probably will also perform a testicular Doppler ultrasound (Echo) to check the supply with blood of your testicles.
