What Causes Pain And Swelling In The Upper Abdomen?

I have very sharp pain at the top of my stomach right where my ribs come together and the pain goes up my chest into the right side of my neck there is also swelling on the top of my stomach.Could this be my gall bladder or is this something else the pain really bad
