What Causes Pain And Swelling In Wrists And Fingers?

Took a week off work, a job I use my wrists repetively! The frist day back to work , my wristt becameswollen and my fingers painful to use. The next day I really couldn t use that hand to do my job, the following day I could barely use it to do anything swelling has been getting a little bit better do you think that you have any idea what could be wrong with it?

Hi
could be repetitive strain injury, probably you must be using the keyboard to do your work
suggest you take pain killers and give rest
we should also rule our any arthritic problem
in case if the pain and swelling does not get better suggest to see an orthopaedic surgeon
