ok, hi. I been having pain in my left heel of my foot. its tender to the touch if you squeeze it. it just hurts constantly. I have trouble walking on it in morning and after periods of sitting around. It docent hurt when I put my feet resting but if I get up to do something I hobble around. It hurts to put pressure on it. I have a job where I stand 8 or 9 hrs in the day. I been thinking of seeing a Podiatrist, but haven t yet. So what do you think it may be?
