Hi I m 24 years old I have a knot on the left side In My Head by my temple it s a little painful and I feel tenderness I have headaches on a daily basis I feel pressure on my head also I have several little knots around my head but the ones by my temples are the most painful what can it be

I think those knots could be head acne or infected hair follicles. However, we should rule out enlarged lymph nodes. Better check them out with dermatologist first. Meanwhile, take oral pain killers you find over the counter.
