What Causes Pain And Tight Sensation In The Chest?

I have a tightness in my chest an it causes me to not to breath regularly when this happens and sometimes I have sharp pain. I have had a stress test , eco and egd no signs of anything. But this continues I have been given pantoprazole to take ,what could be the cause of this.

I am glad your tests have been normal.
If the doctor has given you pantoprazole, it means he is suspecting just a heartburn due to acidity which will come down with this therapy.
Avoid spicy food and reduce the intake of carbs.
