What Causes Pain And Tightness In Left Side Of Abdomen?
I m feeling that when i m eating something it seems it goes only lift side...I m feeling my left side of abdomal little panic and tight...And also i feel little panic of left abdonml when i m getting up early in the morning...i have consulted my medicians for that but i am not feeling any kind of change so please give me a suggestion for that...
Based on the history you have shared, it can be due to stomach issues like gastritis or acid peptic disease which can pain in left side of abdomen as well as sense of fullness of flatulence. I suggest using antacids like Omeperazole before meals as well as motility agents like Domperidone or Itapride. Avoiding junk, spicy and greasy foods can be helpful.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
