Hi,

1. You need to give more details about the symptoms like sweating, vomiting, blood pressure readings.
2. You need to visit a cardiologist to undergo certain test like ECG, ECHO and some other test like thyroid profile to confirm what is actually happening.
3. The palpitations that are you feeling can be because of stress, increase thyroid activity and obviously can be because of the fact that your heart is actually beating fast which means tachycardia and that can be deadly also if not evaluated wisely by the cardiologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Harshita, Infectious Diseases Specialist
