What Causes Pain And Tightness In The Facial Muscle?

I have supposedly fibromyalgia I have pain in my left face muscle ache tightness and goes into my neck dr calls it triginomal nerve pain but have no idea what is causing it neuropathy who knows maybe tmj why nside my check is very sore and painful I don t know what to do dentist says no jaw problems n tmj dr is just guessing so gives me topamax 50 ml not working making me high blood is all it s doing I don t know who to see feel I have been jerked around.
