What Causes Pain And Uncomfortable Feeling On The Abdominal Area?

Last night I bent over to pull my shoe on and had the most sickening severe pain so fast. It was hard to stand after and I thought I was going to be sick. It got better over time but I m still very uncomfortable. It hit my lower left adomin and side, down my hip and left. Now it s mostly my lower left side of my back:
