Hello,
You are suffering from pain and watery discharge from the penis. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a
urologist. Commonly pain and watery discharge from the penis may be indicative of UTI,
urinary tract infection, urethritis (acute
gonococcal urethritis (AGO) or non specific urethritis (NSU), sexually transmitted diseases,
prostatitis, etc. Get
Urinalysis (R/E and C/S) done, if reports are positive you will be treated with a course of antibiotics and analgesics.
If urethritis is detected, you will be treated with a course of Doxycycline-100, STI's if detected will be treated with antivirals and antibiotics. Take care of your hygiene. Avoid intercourse with multiple partners, use condoms, get tested if you get symptoms. Avoid sex for a couple of days. Take high protein diet. stay away from addictions if any like recreational drugs,
smoking, alcohol, etc. Take NSAIDS
naproxen, one SOS when needed to get rid of pain. If there is any swelling, wrap a clean towel around an ice pack and apply it to the affected area for relief. Limit or avoid sexual activity until the pain is gone to reduce your chance of injury.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
