You area having Carpal tunnel syndrome. Avoid constant repetitive activities of the hands of wrists. Take pain killers for 5 days. Take Tablet Pregabalin 75mg at night for a month. Get an Ultrasound to look for the cause of nerve compression. It may need surgery to release a tight ligament in the wrist.
