I have pain around my belly button, feel bloated pain runs down into the middle of my abdomen. constant pain. feels better after I have been laying down. Do not have pain when first wake up but as day goes on it gets very bad. Sometimes it is very uncomfortable to walk. Some relief for a very short time after burping or passing gas.

Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like food poisoning , adverse effects from medications hernia , ulcers , pancreatic problems and crohn’s disease .I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination . Doctor may order CT scan , ultrasound or endoscopy . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics , analgesic , omeprazole , antacid along with anti inflammatory .
