What Causes Pain Around Eye And Bones In Face?

I have a bump as well. Mine is on the left side of the center of my head. Closer to my forehead. It lines up with my pupil. It causes a spider web pain down into my eye, jaw and the bones in my face. Mainly the left side of my face and neck. I went to the ER and they said it was a lipoma. It feels hard like part of my skull as the other person said.
