What Causes Pain Around Hips And Leg Joints?
I am having difficulty with the area around my hips. I m a big guy 6 4 300 lbs. I am having a great deal of problem lifting my left leg in a sitting position and the area of pain is right at the hip and upper leg joint. Now my right hip area is becoming very sore as well

I believe that arthritis may be the main reason for pain you are having in both hip joints. You may to take anti-inflammatory drugs such ibuprofen to reduce pain. Reduce movements as much as you can.
