What Causes Pain Around The Anus?

Hi! I have been experiencing a constant pain around my anus for about a week now. It started out with very painful bowel movements, with some bleeding. Then a few days later, my anus was extremely itchy. Now, I cannot sit or lay down on my back because of the pain, and sneezing or coughing is very painful.

Pain around anus with bleeding may be caused by: anal fissure, Hemmorhoid complication like thrombosis,digestive infections like rectosigmoiditis, rectal mass...
I will suggest you see a Proctologist for examination and if need be, a rectocolonoscopy may be requested.
