Im 28 years old, Ever since two days ago I needed to go but I hold it on when I decided to get up to go to the bathroom I felt immense pain around inside my anus. I usually had this pain for years (maybe 10) but it only occured for 5 sec like a brutal pain that come and goes fast but then months can go by before I feel it again. I would describe the pain as the same but now it is constant when I move certain ways or sit or cough or pass gas or pee or defecate ... I can control the pain by doing all those things very slowly but it limits my movement I cannot run because im scared it will hurt. What could it be I cannot see a doctor right now but I will I m curious of what it could be.
